Carefully considered site design ensures most homes have a north-facing aspect to capture maximum sunlight. We also use high-grade insulated foundations (MaxRaft) and superior wall and ceiling insulation, combined with ducted heat pumps, to improve comfort, reduce energy use, and support sustainability.
