On Friday, Tim, our imperious leader, was on TVNZ's Seven Sharp, telling NZ about our next Retirement Village, Springwater Country Estate, in Putaruru. Being born and bred in Putaruru, this Village is very close to Tim and his partner Jenny's hearts. This video will also give you a sense of our business philosophy and will show you a little more of our sister-village, Longridge Country Estate in Paeroa.
