One of Amberley Country Estate's worst kept secrets is our brand new Club House and temporary Residents Facility under construction now at the entrance to the Village.
This superb, architect designed 330m2 building will give new residents the perfect communal space to meet and mingle and enjoy some excellent community amenities.
It will include a large lounge leading out to a north facing terrace, complete with a bar and pool table, a kitchen and dining area, plus a well equipped a gym and a spa pool.
"A good Club House is the heart of any Village" says Managing Director Tim Bartells. "Because so many people will be coming to our village from farther afield, we wanted to make the investment and provide a place where residents could socialise if they want to, meet their new neighbours and make new friends."
Once the Village has more residents, this facility will be replaced by the larger, centrally located building, with even more to offer in the way of convenience and resort style amenities.
We're planning to have the Club House open in mid 2022.
